This policy applies to premium payments made through Insurance by RupiFlow, operated by Sivd Technologies Private Limited.

No Direct Refund by RupiFlow

Important: RupiFlow does not process insurance premium refunds directly.

All refunds, cancellations, or adjustments are governed solely by:

  • The respective insurance company's rules
  • Applicable BBPS and payment gateway regulations

Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If a payment:

  • Fails, or
  • Is debited but confirmation is not received

The amount will be:

Refunded as per banking timelines (usually 5-7 working days)

For successfully completed premium payments:
