Our platform enables individuals and businesses to conveniently pay premiums for their existing insurance policies issued by IRDAI-registered insurance companies, using secure and RBI-mandated payment infrastructure.

Our Role

Rupiflow acts solely as a payment facilitator. We provide the technology layer that allows customers to:

🔁 Policy Confirmation & Processing

While Rupiflow provides instant payment acknowledgment, final policy renewal confirmation and premium credit updates are subject to processing by the respective insurance company.

Customers are advised to refer to insurer-issued communications or official insurer portals for final policy status.

🧾 Refunds & Cancellations

Rupiflow does not process premium refunds directly.
Any refund, cancellation, or policy adjustment is governed by:
