Insurance premium payments on RupiFlow are facilitated through BBPS (Bharat Bill Payment System), an RBI-mandated bill payment framework, along with authorized payment gateway partners.

RupiFlow provides payment confirmation only. Policy renewal or premium credit confirmation is subject to insurance company validation and processing.

For final policy status, please refer to:

The insurance company is solely responsible for:

• Policy coverage
• Benefits
• Claims
• Endorsements
• Policy servicing

RupiFlow has no role in claims or coverage decisions.

If a payment:

• Fails, or
• Is debited but confirmation is not received

The amount will be:

• Automatically reversed by the payment gateway or
• Refunded as per bank timelines (usually 5-7 working days)

Refunds for successful premium payments are not handled by RupiFlow.

Refunds, cancellations, or adjustments (if applicable) are governed by:

• The respective insurance company's policy terms
• Applicable BBPS and regulatory guidelines

Payments made with:

• Incorrect policy number
• Incorrect insurer selection
• Incorrect customer information

RupiFlow does not store:

• Card details
• UPI credentials
• Bank account information
