No Direct Refund by Rupiflow

⚠ī¸ Important: RupiFlow does not process insurance premium refunds directly.

All refunds, cancellations, or adjustments are governed solely by:

  • The respective insurance company's rules
  • Applicable BBPS and payment gateway regulations

Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If a payment fails or is debited but confirmation is not received, the amount will be:

Refunded as per banking timelines (usually 5–7 working days)

Successful Payments

For successfully completed premium payments:

  • Refunds or cancellations must be requested directly from the insurer
  • RupiFlow has no authority to approve or deny refunds

Incorrect Policy Details

đŸšĢ No refunds shall be provided for payments made using incorrect policy number, incorrect insurer selection, or incorrect customer details.
💡 Always double-check your policy number, insurer name, and personal details before making a payment to avoid non-refundable errors.
