1 What services does Rupiflow provide?

Rupiflow provides a digital payment platform that facilitates insurance premium payments for existing insurance policies issued by IRDAI-registered insurance companies. We enable customers to pay their insurance premiums securely online through BBPS and RBI-authorized payment gateways.

2 Does Rupiflow sell insurance policies?

No. Rupiflow does not sell, issue, underwrite, or recommend insurance policies. We are not an insurance company, broker, corporate agent, or web aggregator. Our role is strictly limited to premium payment facilitation.

3 Can I buy a new insurance policy on this website?

No. This website is only for paying premiums of existing insurance policies. New policy purchase, plan selection, or insurance comparison services are not offered here.

4 Which types of insurance premiums can I pay?

You can pay premiums for the following existing policy types, subject to BBPS and insurer availability:

  • Life Insurance
  • Health Insurance
  • Motor Insurance (Car & Two-Wheeler)
  • General Insurance
  • Travel Insurance

All policies must be issued by IRDAI-registered insurers.

5 How does the premium payment process work?

The process is simple:

  • Enter your insurance policy number
  • Select the insurance company
  • Verify the payable premium amount
  • Complete the secure online payment
  • Receive payment acknowledgment

Final policy update and premium credit confirmation are subject to insurer processing.

6 Is Rupiflow authorized to collect insurance premiums?

Yes. Insurance premium payments on Rupiflow are facilitated through BBPS (Bharat Bill Payment System), an RBI-mandated bill payment framework, along with authorized payment gateway partners.

7 Does payment confirmation mean my policy is renewed?

Not necessarily. Rupiflow provides payment confirmation only. Policy renewal or premium credit confirmation is subject to insurance company validation and processing. For final policy status, please refer to the insurer's confirmation message or official portal.

8 Who is responsible for policy coverage, benefits, and claims?

The insurance company is solely responsible for policy coverage, benefits, claims, endorsements, and policy servicing. Rupiflow has no role in claims or coverage decisions.

9 What happens if my payment fails or is debited without confirmation?

If a payment fails or is debited but confirmation is not received, the amount will be automatically reversed by the payment gateway or refunded as per bank timelines (usually 5–7 working days). For further assistance, contact support@rupiflow.com.

10 Can I get a refund for a successfully completed payment?

Rupiflow does not process insurance premium refunds directly. For successfully completed payments, refund or cancellation requests must be made directly to the insurer. Rupiflow has no authority to approve or deny such refunds.
